PATRICE
Patrice Flasher Fitzgerald is an internationally respected designer and custom furniture and accessories, manufacturer. Specializing in commercial and residential interior design, Patrice has a depth of experience to offer. Patrice is a successful entrepreneur with a Degree from Emerson College in film production and visual arts. She spent 13 years as a children’s lifestyle design pioneer during which time she founded Sweet Beginnings Children’s Furniture. Patrice developed the Sweet Beginnings brand which incorporated a rare combination of inspiring artistic designs and functionality. Internationally recognized for its exceptional quality, Patrice grew Sweet Beginnings into a complete and balanced collection of handcrafted American made furniture and accessories selling to over 400 specialty boutiques, big box stores, and private clients, celebrities, along with Pottery Barn, FAO Schwartz, HomeGoods, and Costco to name a few.

Today, Patrice runs a full-service design company through the Flashner Fitzgerald Design Group, Inc (FFDG). With extensive experience in building and development, Patrice leads FFDG in providing full design and management services for both commercial and residential environments. Services include interior design and styling, remodeling, new build, staging, display design, turnkey design services, tradeshow booths, and retail store displays. Patrice has been able to successfully combine her experience in manufacturing and larger commercial development into der designs to create living and workspaces that are attractive, comfortable, and functional. Patrice uses her broad knowledge of building materials along with an extensive modern library of resources to stay on the cutting edge of design and building technology. All of her designs are unique, with no two designs ever the same.
Patrice started her building career as the Director of Development for Avanti Health Systems, a New York Life Insurance Company. In a five-year period, she designed and developed 62 walk-in medical centers in 6 distinct regions including New York, Virginia, Washington DC, Dallas, Houston, and Chicago. In each state, Patrice successfully managed, permitted, and navigated thru industries of commercial brokers, municipal planning and zoning departments, architects, General Contractors, sub-contractors, and building inspectors. This experience helped to perfect her organizational and management skills resulting in 97% of her projects occurring on schedule and within budget.
